Thank you for your interest in our CE Class. Registration is now closed as our class is fully subscribed.

"We live in a rapidly changing world in which Christian teaching increasingly feels out of place. Issues of sexuality, as well as how to faithfully engage with friends or family members who hold radically different beliefs can be challenging for everyone. Some are challenged because they don't understand how we got to this point in history. Some are challenged with knowing why the bible teaches what it does on these matters. Others are challenged with trying to represent what scripture teaches accurately in a way that speaks directly to the context of our times. This class seeks to both help explain how we got to where we are today, and how Christians can live faithfully in this strange new world.

Our class will be in 3 sessions:

Session 1: The Sexual Revolution: The rise and fall of the human body.

Session 2: Sex, Self & Identity: How we got to where we are.

Session 3: Living faithfully in a fractious world (How do we faithfully engage with people and politics today).

Venue: Heritage Room

Date: Sundays, 2, 16, and 23 April, from 1.15pm-2.15pm
