Equipping To Teach is an initiative started a few years ago to take a group of men and women and train them to further grow in how they read and apply scripture for the purpose of teaching others. Our desire is for RHCers to develop skill & confidence in handling God’s Word well to strengthen His body in various contexts such as one-to-one bible reading, facilitating in CG, teaching CE classes, service leading, and larger teaching forums. 

In this course, participants will meet 8 times throughout the year, practice skills through homework and group work, and facilitate Bible studies of their own design in a small group setting.
